Extrusion Tape Line
The Lohia Duotech series of tape extrusion lines are based on latest European design technology incorporate. It uses a unique double stage stretching process to improve working speed, efficiency & tape properties. These are equipped with inverter auto-rato cheese winders.
Circular Weaving Looms
The Lohia nova 6 circular looms are the latest machines in the series of looms developed by Lohia. These high performance circular weaving machines produce woven fabric of PP tapes with minimum defects (can be considered as zero defect fabric). They come with a Speed of 1100 picks per minute without any compromise on quality and productivity.
Extrusion Coating Line
JP Extrusion Tech Lamination plant comes with chromed bearing drive free gude rollers for wrinkle free jobs. The unwinder and rewinder are driven by semi-automatic tension control.
Flexo Printing Machine
Star Flex International 6 colour roll to roll flexo woven sack printing machine comes with newly designed wind tunnel with drying system for high speed operation and an In-feed and Out-feed system to maintain tension & better print registration.
Bag Conversion Lines
The High Speed Conversion Lines from Lohia are designed for cross cutting, bottom folding, sewing and stacking of finished PP woven bags in one continuous operation. Their state-of–the-art automated functions result in consistent quality of end product i.e. cut & sewn bags.
